原料

作为试剂盒的定量成分，在生产上经多次校准，批次差异管控，特殊冷冻工艺干燥，保证其活性和稳定性。
我们选用进口优质酶标板，保证了固相载体的结合效率和批次差异的稳定性。
3---生产控制
使用全机器生产，排除人工的不稳定性，依靠电子移液器和自动包被机精确加样，控制批内差达到CV﹤8%的要求。
在原料批次性管控的基础上，生产出的试剂盒均会进行标准品，样本，回收率检测，保证批间差CV﹤10%，样品检测数据准确。
酶标板经真空封装机封装。-20℃可保存2年，4度1年半，活性不低于80%。检测抗体和酶试剂4℃保存1年半活性不低于80%。其它试剂均在要求的保存环境下可保存超过1年，试剂盒依然达到检测要求。
选用经过严格把控的塑料耗材，经无菌处理和密封性能测试。在无菌环节下进行试剂分装，包装，保证试剂盒整体的可靠性。
产品在出厂前，所有试剂，整体工作性能，包装均会进行多重检测，保证发给客户的产品无瑕疵。

Linearity
Spiked human negative serum and cell culture medium(negative) samples to recombinant human IL-6 were serially diluted and assayed for recovery, values between 92-110% show good assay linearity.
