人白脂素(Asprosin)重组蛋白
Product Code: P055
Product: h.ASPRO (human Asprosin)
Synonyms: Asprosin
Description:
FineTest h.ASPRO (human Asprosin) is a protein with
His-tag that is encoded by the recombinant human gene and expressed
in E.coli. Asprosin is a protein hormone produced by mammals in their fatty (white adipose) tissues that
stimulates the liver to release glucose into the blood stream. In these tissues, asprosin is encoded by the gene FBN1, which also encodes the protein
fibrillin. In the liver, asprosin activates rapid glucose release via a cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) dependent pathway. People with Marfanlipodyst
FineTest recombinant Asprosin protein can be used as a calibrator for total
Asprosin and immunogen for antibody production.
